Who We Are

Clean Air Cville is an outreach organization dedicated to enhancing the air quality of communal spaces for the equitable protection and improved wellbeing of all. We aim to provide educational materials, personal protective equipment, air purification devices, and safer social events to the greater Charlottesville community.

What We Do

Resource Distribution

We provide air quality monitors, air purifiers, masks/respirators, to individuals and organizations in the greater Charlottesville area. We also provide supplies, templates, and guidance to make DIY solutions accessible to a wider audience.

Educational Outreach

From environmental sustainability to public health, it’s clear: air quality matters! We run informational presentations and provide educational materials on the importance of cleaning the air and how it can be done.

Building Community

Ranging from goal-oriented events like air purifier demonstrations to casual hangouts, our in-person, hybrid, and virtual events place community wellbeing at the forefront.
